During the “Together We Progress” forum (Feb 27, 2025), he emphasized that government-citizen dialogue is vital for culturally informed decision-making. He highlighted initiatives supporting youth talent, including the Integrated Sports City Project and a Military Discipline Programme with over 700 student participants in 2024
At Expo 2025 Osaka (Apr 6, 2025), he inaugurated Oman’s pavilion themed “Enduring Ties”, underscoring the pavilion’s focus on Omani heritage, identity, and youth creativity—reflecting national pride and Vision 2040 goals
He presided over the signing of key development and partnership agreements for the Sultan Haitham City project, covering 5 million sqm and including residential units, EV infrastructure, and urban planning contracts totalling over RO 1 billion
Building on momentum since 2021, he launched a Youth Centre and continues to support STEM and cultural education—such as educational STEAM initiatives demonstrated at the Muscat Book Fair
